The Mango Toro Tuna Stack was a big hit with even my grandma! Some people even talked about how considerate we were being by offering a meat option (the "chicken" parmesan). Beyond the food, I also received many comments about how beautiful the venue was -- and we were happy to tell them it was all decorated in house by you all. You knocked it out of the park. We had nothing but compliments from both vegans and non-vegans alike. I know your team isn't used to working in a offsite in a prep kitchen, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I didn't know if all the food was going to be made in advance and just plated on site, or what exactly it would be like, but it was delicious. My original plan if we got complaints about the food was to say "it's better at the restaurant" but there was absolutely no need. Plates were cleaned as I'm sure you saw. I'm thrilled we were able to do the steak because even our vegan friends had never had anything like it and were blown away. Meat eaters were as well.
